"I was a member of Phi Mu from 2013-2015. During recruitment, we divided up the women by green, yellow, and red. Green being our top girls, yellow being people we were unsure about, and red being an absolute no. The only way into the sorority was if you knew someone or were a legacy. Very few, if any outsiders were let in. All of the members at the time were white. That being said, any POC that came through was placed in the red zone not standing a chance at joining. Looking back, I wish I would have stood up for those girls. Unfortunately, I turned a blind eye. Hoping this story will call UGA Panhellenic out in their bullshit!"
